The role requires hands-on expertise across Microsoft 365, Azure, SCCM/MECM, Defender for Endpoint, Purview, and enterprise migrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365/Office 365 environments.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 SME / L3 Managed Services Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, SCCM, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Purview, and enterprise migrations.

The candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Microsoft cloud and endpoint environments while working closely with customers, L1/L2 teams, vendors, and internal engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and support Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services, applications, and collaboration tools.
• Perform O365-to-O365 tenant migrations.
• Perform G Suite/Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations.
• Manage Azure resources, configurations, and cloud environments.
• Perform application packaging and deployment using SCCM/MECM.
• Perform OS deployment using SCCM/MECM.
• Administer and manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Administer and manage Microsoft Purview.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
