Job summary

Computacenter is seeking an IT Expert Senior to lead design and delivery of complex M365/Azure security stacks in Bengaluru. You will drive implementation across hybrid environments, mentor teams, and deliver architecture designs with migration strategies for large-scale enterprise deployments.

In this senior role you will own technical design, coordinate workshops, and ensure alignment with client requirements and Computacenter standards, while advancing security posture with Defender, Purview,

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience designing and delivering Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions.
• Experience with migration tools such as Quest, AvePoint, BitTitan, ShareGate.

• Deliver post-sales technical consultancy and lead implementation of complex, large-scale M365 solutions.
• Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
• Provide expert technical guidance for M365 services and manage hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud).
• Deliver technical workshops to clients and produce design specs, test plans, and migration strategies.
• Collaborate with consultants and implementation teams to ensure solution alignment and security adoption using Defender Suite.

Life on the team A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a technical role within Computacenter’s dynamic and rapidly expanding Professional Services Group. You will join a global organisation delivering services across more than 70 countries. You will work with experienced infrastructure and workplace consultants, supporting a large, complex and business critical M365 workplace technology. This role is primarily focused on outcome-based project deliveries. You will have exposure to enterprise scale M365 solutions, technology transformation, platform migrations, Integrations & Automations.

What You’ll Do

• You will deliver post-sales technical consultancy and lead the implementation and configuration of complex, large-scale M365 solutions.


• You will contribute to solution design, act as a technical lead, and ensure alignment with customer requirements and Computacenter’s service standards.


• Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.


• Provide expert technical guidance for M365 services and manage hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud).


• Deliver technical workshops to our Client.


• Deliver series of technical designs that includes High-level & Low-level design.


• Deliver technical documentation, including design specs, test plans, and migration strategies as agreed deliverables for the project scope.


• Collaborate with Consultants and Implementation teams to ensure solution alignment.


• Drive security adoption using Microsoft Defender Suite, Purview, and compliance tools.

What You’ll Need

• Focus on cutting edge Microsoft 365 workloads/Endpoint technologies.


• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in designing and delivering Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions.


• Strong knowledge of IAM, Microsoft 365, Microsoft endpoints solutions.


• Strong consulting expertise in M365/ Intune/SCCM/Nexthink/Microsoft Purview/Microsoft Defender & M365 Security stacks.


• Experience with migration tools like Quest, AvePoint, BitTitan, Sharegate, and native Microsoft tools.


• Host customer opportunity / strategy meetings, including presenting solutions from a commercial and business perspective.
