Job summary

SHI Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Microsoft 365 Subject Matter Expert (L3) to design, implement, and optimize Microsoft cloud and collaboration environments for enterprise customers.

You will work with customers, L1/L2 teams, vendors and internal engineering to deliver end-to-end Microsoft solutions, migrations, and managed services. 7+ years of experience and L3 level expertise are required; work mode is WFO (office-based) in Hyderabad, India.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft 365/O365 environments.
• L3 level expertise in Microsoft cloud & collaboration platforms.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Experience performing O365 tenant-to-tenant migrations and Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations.
• Strong collaboration with L1/L2 teams, vendors, and internal engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and support Microsoft 365 solutions for customers and internal environments.
• Administer and manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive.
• Perform O365 migrations and Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations.
• Manage and troubleshoot Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and related M365 services.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and service desk teams.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and standard processes.
• Coordinate with L1/L2 teams and vendor support for issue resolution.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 / O365 Subject Matter Expert (L3) to manage, support, configure, implement, and optimize Microsoft cloud and collaboration environments. The candidate will work closely with customers, L1/L2 teams, vendors, and internal engineering teams to deliver enterprise Microsoft solutions and support managed services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and support Microsoft 365 solutions for customers and internal environments.
• Administer and manage Microsoft 365 / Office 365 services, applications, and collaboration tools.
• Perform O365 tenant-to-tenant migrations and G Suite/Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations.
• Manage and troubleshoot Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and related M365 services.
• Manage and administer Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Manage and administer Microsoft Purview, including compliance and data governance capabilities.
• Perform Azure resource management and administration.
• Handle SCCM/MECM application packaging, deployment, and OS deployment.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Microsoft environments to ensure optimal performance.
• Lead or contribute to MSP projects, service improvement initiatives, migrations, and customer requests.
• Work directly with customers on incidents, change requests, status meetings, projects, and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and standard processes.
• Coordinate with L1/L2 teams and vendor support for issue resolution.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and service desk teams.
• Support audits, SOW scoping, technical assessments, and solution delivery.
