XON Solutions in Pune, India seeks an experienced EV trainer to deliver practical, classroom-based EV training to ITI students. The candidate will focus on EV fundamentals and hands-on demonstrations to build core skills in electrical systems.

You will support faculty development, guide basic troubleshooting, and help students bridge theory with real-world automotive technology. Diploma or BE/BTech in Electrical/Electronics/Automobile/Mechatronics highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 2-3 yrs experience in EV technology.
• Experience with automotive electrical systems and electrical maintenance.
• Background in technical training or teaching.
