Anudip Foundation For Social Welfare in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver EV technology education to ITI students. You will lead classroom and hands-on lab sessions, covering EV fundamentals, architecture, batteries, motors, controllers, and charging systems.

You will demonstrate BMS, power electronics and automotive electrical systems, while guiding ToT programs and developing assessment materials. Strong presentation and material creation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in IT services & consulting with a focus on EV or related fields.
• Strong understanding of BMS, MOTOR, Controller, EV fundamentals
• Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in creating engaging educational materials such as tutorials, videos, podcasts etc.

Responsabilités

• Deliver classroom and practical training on EV technology to ITI students.

• Support Train-the-Trainer programs for ITI instructors and faculty as required.
• Help ITI colleges utilize EV lab equipment and run practical sessions effectively.
• Evaluate learning outcomes through practical tests and demonstrations.
• Maintain attendance, assessment records and project documentation.
• Keep training content updated with relevant EV technologies and industry practices.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Deliver classroom and practical training on Electric Vehicle (EV) technology to
ITI students.
Explain EV fundamentals, vehicle architecture, battery systems, motors,
controllers, and charging systems.
Conduct hands-on demonstrations and practical sessions using EV lab
equipment.
Provide basic training on Battery Management Systems (BMS), power
electronics, and automotive electrical systems.
Demonstrate basic EV maintenance, fault identification, troubleshooting, and
safety procedures.
Assist in developing training presentations, practical exercises, assignments,
and assessment materials.
Support Train-the-Trainer (ToT) programs for ITI instructors and faculty, as
required.
Assist ITI colleges in utilizing EV lab equipment and conducting practical
sessions effectively.
Evaluate student learning outcomes through practical assessments, tests, and
demonstrations.
Maintain training attendance, assessment records, and other project-related
documentation.
Keep training content updated with relevant EV technologies and industry
practices.

Job Requirements :
