We are looking for experienced Subcontract / Category Buyers with 5-15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) for Offshore Oil & Gas EPC projects. The candidate should have strong expertise in procurement, sourcing, subcontracting, vendor management, and techno-commercial evaluations for engineering and project procurement requirements.

The role involves handling procurement activities for categories such as Instrumentation & Control Systems (DCS, ESD, PLC, SCADA), Valves, Piping, Mechanical Equipment, HVAC, Non-Process Packages, Specialty Packages, and Offshore Project Materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement and subcontracting activities.
• Prepare RFQs/RFPs, evaluate commercial and technical bids.
• Conduct techno-commercial negotiations and finalize contracts.
• Develop and manage supplier/vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, QA/QC, and Expediting teams.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials/packages.
• Support cost optimization and procurement strategy initiatives.
• Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance.
