Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in study abroad counselling, student visa counselling, or overseas education.
• Good knowledge of the UK and European education and visa processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counselling, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle student queries professionally and build trust with students and parents.
• Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding study opportunities in the UK and European countries.
• Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and financial profiles to recommend suitable courses and universities.
• Provide accurate information about university eligibility, admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and intakes.
• Assist students with the university application and admission process.
• Guide students in preparing the required documentation for visa applications.
• Coordinate with university representatives and internal application teams.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
• Stay updated with changes in university requirements, visa policies, and admission procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of student applications and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Achieve counselling and conversion targets while maintaining high service quality.
