• Handle student queries and resolve basic concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Coordinate with the academic, admissions, and marketing teams as required.
• Support student engagement activities, seminars, workshops, orientations, and other institute events.
• Achieve assigned enquiry conversion and admission-related targets.
