Job summary

Nalanda Engicon Private Limited in India invites engineers to join our project teams. You will lead structural design, prepare drawings, estimate quantities and oversee site execution to ensure safety and quality on complex construction sites.

The role requires coordinating with project teams, consultants and contractors to achieve timely delivery. You will monitor inspections and enforce quality compliance while maintaining open communication with stakeholders across disciplines.

Nalanda Engicon Private Limited is a Private incorporated on 13 November 2007. It is classified as Non-government company and is registered at Registrar of Companies, ROC Patna It is involved in Building of complete constructions or civil engineering

Some staff are good in office but alot of non technical staff are working as a technical person. Company should hire technical and experienced staff as per required on projects.

Dislikes

Because his management was very bad and alot of non technical person are at every site who are managing site because of this all projects of nalanda engicon are going very late. And there is no improvement in carrier. There is no rules for any one. Very low salary of experienced engineer. And as per requirement company don't hire staff for project. Company doesn't provide required staff , material, equipment, sub contractors but they always pressure on site engineer to complete work on time. If company doesn't provide required things how can you expect that my project will be completed on time. Projects are going late because of mis management and some non technical are in the managing department that main reason. Duty hour are not limited and full week duty no leave on Sunday. I have worked 5 years and I have alot of thing to say but I can’t express it in written.
