Job Title: Structural Engineer (0–3 Years Experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Structural Engineer with 0–3 years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will assist in the design, analysis, and review of structural systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects while ensuring compliance with safety standards, codes, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in structural analysis, design, and detailing of concrete, steel, and other structural systems.
• Prepare engineering drawings, calculations, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Support senior engineers in reviewing structural models, shop drawings, and construction documents.
• Perform site inspections, structural evaluations, and provide technical support during construction.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations (IS Codes, ACI, Eurocodes, etc.).
• Use engineering software (ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) for design and drafting.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and project documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
