Job summary

RREN Consultants and Contractors Private Limited, based in Bengaluru, seeks a Senior Structural Engineer to lead design efforts and guide junior engineers. You will oversee conceptual through construction-stage designs, perform FEM analyses, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.

In this role you will collaborate with drafting teams, coordinate with clients and architects, and apply lifecycle-cost thinking to optimize projects.

Qualifications

• M.Tech/ME in Structural Engineering or Industrial Buildings.
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in steel, composite and reinforced concrete structural calculations.
• Experience with finite element analysis and related tools.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations.

Job Description: Senior Structural Engineer

• Complete tasks (design structural elements, build and analyze structural models).

Qualifications

• M.Tech/ME in Structural Engineering / Industrial buildings.


• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.


• Analytical mindset with a self-learning attitude, capable of performing design reviews on varied projects.


• Proficient in steel, composite and reinforced concrete structural calculations, finite element analysis, and application.


• Thorough understanding of the finite element method and dynamic analysis.


• Proficient in STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, and Excel.


• Ability to guide and check work for junior colleagues.


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
