Job summary

Vs Consultant in Surat invites a Structural Engineer to design RCC structures, perform structural analysis, and ensure seismic and wind-load compliance.

You will read architectural drawings, detail reinforcement, design foundations and steel elements, and produce AutoCAD drawings with ETABS/STAAD.Pro/SAFE and Excel-based calculations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of RCC structural design.
• Good understanding of structural analysis.
• Knowledge of seismic and wind-load design.
• Reinforcement detailing and BBS knowledge.
• Foundation design basics.
• Basic to advanced knowledge of structural steel design.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of relevant IS Codes.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Drafting & Detailing.
• Experience with design software such as ETABS / STAAD.Pro / SAFE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design RCC structures and prepare calculations for code compliance.
• Perform structural analysis and validate results.
• Incorporate seismic and wind-load design requirements.
• Detail reinforcement and BBS for drawings and schedules.
• Design foundations and evaluate bearing capacity.
• Provide steel design input and detailing for members.
