Job summary

CRATiS Designers Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks a Structural Engineer to design and analyze RCC structures for residential, commercial, and high-rise projects using ETABS, STAAD Pro, Safe, and AutoCAD.

You will perform design calculations, ensure IS code compliance, and coordinate with architectural and MEP teams while guiding junior engineers in structural principles and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in structural design and analysis for RCC buildings.
• Ability to perform load calculations and prepare design calculations.
• Experience coordinating with architecture and MEP teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare structural designs using ETABS, STAAD PRO, Safe, RCDC software for various projects.
• Conduct design calculations and analysis to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed design documents and drawings.
• Ensure accurate communication of design intent through clear documentation and presentations.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers on structural design principles and best practices.
