Job summary

Phensa Private Limited in India is seeking a highly experienced Mid-Senior Structural Engineer (Marine & Offshore) to lead advanced structural analysis, design, and technical execution across oil & gas projects. You will perform offshore jacket/topside analyses, use STAAD Pro and AutoCAD, review drawings, mentor junior engineers, and ensure compliance with API, ISO, DNV, and other standards. 3–7 years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical, Marine, or Civil Engineering
• 3–7 years’ experience in Oil & Gas / Offshore / Marine projects
• Proficiency in STAAD Pro and AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Strong experience in structural analysis and offshore design

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced structural analysis and design for offshore structures (jackets, topsides, sub-sea systems)
• Conduct structural calculations (ULS, FLS, ALS) using tools like STAAD Pro and SACS
• Lead project sub-packages and ensure timely delivery of design outputs.
• Prepare and review structural drawings using AutoCAD and 3D modeling tools
• Execute marine engineering tasks: lifting, load-out, transportation, and sea-fastening analysis
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Naval)
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to meet technical requirements
• Ensure compliance with international standards (API, ISO, DNV, AISC)
• Review and validate drawings, calculations, and reports
• Mentor junior engineers and maintain engineering documentation

We are seeking a highly experienced Mid-Senior Structural Engineer (Marine & Offshore) to lead advanced structural analysis, design, and technical execution across the full project lifecycle for Oil & Gas projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced structural analysis and design for offshore structures (jackets, topsides, sub-sea systems)
• Conduct structural calculations (ULS, FLS, ALS) using tools like STAAD Pro and SACS
• Lead project sub-packages and ensure timely delivery of design outputs.
• Prepare and review structural drawings using AutoCAD and 3D modeling tools
• Execute marine engineering tasks: lifting, load-out, transportation, and sea-fastening analysis
