Job summary

Conserve Solutions LLP seeks a structural engineer to develop 3D models and drawings using Plant 3D for oil and gas facilities. You will create accurate 3D models of structural components, prepare MTOs, and ensure models are clash-free for client reviews.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams and clients, reviewing codes and standards, and producing detailed construction drawings and documentation from Plant 3D models.

Qualifications

• Experience in Plant 3D modelling for structural scope.
• Ability to prepare material take-offs (MTO).
• Experience reading and preparing 2D extractions from 3D models.
• Knowledge of reviewing building specifications, standards and codes.

Responsibilities

• Model structural components (bulkheads, decks, beams, columns) in Plant 3D.
• Prepare structural drawings and 3D models for client review.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors and clients.
• Develop 3D models of platforms, supports and frames for oil & gas facilities.
• Generate fabrication drawings, BOMs, and assembly instructions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES

• Structural Bulkhead, Deckhead, Primary/Secondary Beams, Columns 3D Modelling using Plant 3D for LQ Platform and Buildings.
• Good working experience in Plant 3Dsoftware.
• Preparing structural-related MTO.
• Knowledge of reviewing and preparing 2D extractions.
• Analyzing building specifications, standards, and codes.
• Interact with clients to determine functional requirements of structural scope.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and prepare clash-free models for client review.
• Develop comprehensive structural designs for oil & gas facilities using Plant 3D software.
• Create accurate 3D models of structural components, including platforms, supports, and frames.
• Conduct structural analysis to ensure designs meet safety and performance criteria.
• Evaluate existing structures for modifications, upgrades, and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, plans, and specifications using Plant 3D
• Generate documentation including material lists, fabrication drawings, and assembly instructions.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure designs meet industry standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve design-related issues and discrepancies.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience in Steel structural design and detailing.
• Good knowledge in structural drawings, GA drawings, and detailing drawings.
• Experience in reading and interpreting steel structural drawings.
• Good Communication
