Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the building sector with structural design and analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Indian IS codes, including seismic design requirements.
• Familiarity with Eurocodes and ACI/ASCE/AISC standards is preferred.
• Experience in global design centres in India handling international projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures for building projects.
• Develop design solutions compliant with Indian codes and project specs.
• Carry out seismic analysis and design as per IS 1893 and IS 13920.
• Prepare design calculations, reports, drawings and specifications.
• Review designs prepared by junior engineers and external consultants.

• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in designs.
• Work on international projects using Eurocodes or US standards (ACI/ASCE/AISC).
• Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and client meetings.

• Support proposals, bids, and technical documentation when required.
