Job summary

Agile Technology Solutions - Your Technology Partner in Pune seeks a Revit Engineer with 3–6 years of BIM modeling experience to deliver high-quality 3D/2D models and coordinate MEP services. You will drive clash detection, AS-Built CAD tasks, and model reviews to ensure project accuracy.

The role requires strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills for coordinating across architectural, structural, and MEP teams in industrial projects.

Qualifications

• BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of Revit/BIM modeling experience.
• Exposure to industrial, commercial, and residential projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 3D/2D CAD models using Autodesk Revit (MEP, Architecture, Structure).
• Perform SCAN to BIM conversions from point cloud data and prepare As-Built CAD services.
• Model HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment layouts.
• Coordinate architectural and structural facilities with MEP services.
• Conduct clash detection and model reviews using Navisworks Manage.
• Prepare general layouts, demolition plans, and GIS feature extraction.
• Ensure quality control of CAD/Revit files and deliverables.
• Collaborate with project teams and lead small groups for CAD/BIM projects.
