Job summary

Agile Technology Solutions - Your Technology Partner seeks a skilled Revit Engineer to deliver high-quality BIM models for industrial projects. You will handle BIM coordination across MEP, architecture, and structure, perform scan-to-BIM conversions, and ensure clash-free outputs with Navisworks Manage.

The candidate should have 3–6 years’ Revit/BIM experience, be familiar with brownfield and greenfield projects, and work within Pune/Maharashtra or project-specific locations.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of BIM/Revit modeling experience in industrial projects.
• Proficiency with Revit (MEP/Architecture/Structure) and CAD tools.
• Experience in Navisworks clash detection and model reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D/2D CAD models using Autodesk Revit across MEP, architecture, and structure.
• Perform scan-to-BIM conversions from point cloud data.
• Model HVAC, plumbing, electrical layouts; coordinate with disciplines.
• Run clash detection and model reviews with Navisworks Manage.
• Prepare layouts, demolition plans, and GIS feature extraction.
• Ensure CAD/Revit deliverables meet quality standards.

We are seeking a skilled Revit Engineer with strong expertise in BIM modeling, CAD conversion, and MEP services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality 3D/2D models, coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP facilities, and ensuring project accuracy through clash detection and quality checks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 3D/2D CAD models using Autodesk Revit (MEP, Architecture, Structure).
• Perform SCAN to BIM conversions from point cloud data and prepare As-Built CAD services.
• Model HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment layouts.
• Coordinate architectural and structural facilities with MEP services.
• Conduct clash detection and model reviews using Navisworks Manage.
• Prepare general layouts, demolition plans, and GIS feature extraction.
• Ensure quality control of CAD/Revit files and deliverables.
• Collaborate with project teams and lead small groups for CAD/BIM projects.
