Job summary

Oges Solutions in Gurugram seeks a Structural Design Engineer with steel design experience for industrial projects. You will perform structural analysis and detailed design of steel and RCC structures and develop GA drawings and fabrication inputs.

Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Process, and Project teams; review vendor drawings; ensure code compliance; and optimize designs for cost efficiency while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in steel structural design for industrial projects.
• Ability to develop GA drawings and fabrication inputs.
• Awareness of applicable codes and QA/QC standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and detailed design of steel and RCC structures.
• Prepare structural design calculations and engineering reports.
• Develop GA drawings and input for fabrication drawings.
• Design structural members including beams, columns, bracings, foundations, base plates, anchor bolts, and connections.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Process, and Project teams.
• Review vendor drawings for compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure designs meet codes and customer specifications.
• Optimize designs for cost efficiency without compromising safety and quality.
• Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and customer meetings.
• Support site teams by resolving structural design queries during fabrication and installation.
• Assist in BOQ preparation, material estimation, and technical bid support.
• Ensure timely completion of engineering deliverables per schedule.

We are looking for a Structural Design Engineer with experience in steel structural design with a leading MNC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis and detailed design of steel and RCC structures for material handling and industrial projects.
• Prepare structural design calculations, design reports, and engineering documentation.
• Develop General Arrangement (GA) drawings and provide engineering inputs for detailed fabrication drawings.
• Design structural members including beams, columns, bracings, foundations, base plates, anchor bolts, and structural connections.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Process, and Project Engineering teams during project execution.
• Review vendor drawings and fabrication documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, customer specifications, and quality standards.
• Optimize structural designs to achieve cost-effective engineering solutions without compromising safety and quality.
• Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and customer meetings whenever required.
• Support site engineering teams by resolving structural design queries during fabrication and installation.
• Assist in BOQ preparation, material estimation, and technical bid support.
• Ensure timely completion of engineering deliverables in accordance with project schedules.

Compensation:
Candidates should be within a 20% hike on their current CTC, maximum. Candidates with compensation expectations beyond this range may not be considered.
