Job summary

Ajay Bhilare Structural Solutions in Pune invites an experienced structural engineer to join our design team. You will perform structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures, prepare design calculations, and develop drawings in collaboration with the drafting group.

You will coordinate with architects and MEP consultants, review shop drawings and BBS, and support tendering and estimation. The role requires proficiency in IS codes, attention to detail, and the ability to handle

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures as per IS codes and relevant standards.
• Prepare design calculations, structural schemes, and technical design reports.
• Develop and review structural drawings with drafting team.
• Provide design inputs to site and execution teams.
• Ensure compliance with statutory norms, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and project managers.
• Review shop drawings, BBS, and fabrication drawings.
• Support tendering, BOQ preparation, and estimation with structural inputs.
• Handle design revisions due to site conditions or client changes.
• Conduct design checks and peer reviews for accuracy and optimization.
• Assist in resolving site-related technical issues and provide structural solutions.
• Maintain proper design documentation, records, and version control.
• Support structural audits and inspections, if required.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers and trainees.
