Job summary

Vidhura Solutions is seeking a mid-level Structural Engineer to perform analysis and design for a variety of buildings and PE-focused structures. You will utilize STAAD.Pro and ETABS for analysis, and AutoCAD for drafting and detailing, working closely with senior engineers and drafting teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration, ownership of tasks, and timely delivery of project outputs with clear communication across teams in an Indian office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience as Structural Consultant or similar.
• Proficient in STAAD.Pro and ETABS.
• Experience with AutoCAD drafting.
• Strong verbal and written communication for coordination.
• Ability to own tasks and drive timely completion.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for residential, commercial, group housing, industrial PEB, and water retaining structures.
• Use industry-standard software for modeling, analysis, and design (STAAD.Pro, ETABS).
• Draft and detail structural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with internal design teams and senior engineers to ensure a smooth design process.
• Review and finalize design outputs with senior engineers for accuracy and constructability.
• Manage assigned tasks to deliver outputs and meet deadlines.

Role & responsibilities

• Structural Analysis & Design: Perform structural analysis and design for a variety of projects,

including residential buildings, commercial complexes, group housing, industrial PEB structures, and water retaining structures, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

• Software Utilization: Proficiently use industry-standard software for modeling, analysis, and design, including STAAD.Pro and ETABS.
• Drafting and Detailing: Generate structural drawings and details using AutoCAD to clearly communicate design intent to the drafting team and external stakeholders. Can able to draft independently if required.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Actively coordinate with internal design teams, senior engineers, and drafting personnel to ensure a seamless design process.
• Design Finalization: Review and finalize design outputs in collaboration with a Senior Engineer, ensuring technical accuracy and constructability.
• Project Delivery: Manage assigned tasks efficiently to ensure all design outputs and project deliverables are completed successfully and on time.

Preferred candidate profile

Required

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a Structural Consultant or in a similar role.
• Proven proficiency in STAAD.Pro and ETABS for structural analysis and design.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD for drafting and detailing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination.
• Demonstrated capability to take ownership of tasks and drive projects toward timely completion.

• Prior experience in the analysis and design of steel structures, particularly Pre-Engineered
• Buildings (PEB).
