Job summary

Qural Talent Nexus is seeking an experienced Structural BIM Modeler in Tiruchirappalli, India. The role focuses on developing accurate BIM models and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality structural drawings per international standards.

You will leverage Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and Navisworks to perform clash detection, model audits, and ensure adherence to LOD requirements across RCC and structural steel projects. International project exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in structural BIM modelling.
• Strong proficiency in Revit Structure for modelling and drafting.
• Experience with RCC/Structural Steel projects and ISO 19650 workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed structural BIM models using Revit.
• Prepare and coordinate structural drawings and documentation.
• Perform clash detection and multidisciplinary BIM coordination using Navisworks.
• Conduct model audits, QA/QC, and maintain LOD requirements.
• Handle Scan-to-BIM, point cloud, and as-built modelling when required.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Advanced Revit Structure, AutoCAD & Navisworks.
• Strong knowledge of structural modelling and detailing.
• Experience in RCC / Structural Steel projects.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD & ISO 19650 workflows.
• International project experience (UK / USA / Gulf) preferred.
