Job summary

Net2Source LLP is hiring a Structural Analysis Engineer in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role requires 9–12 years of experience in Stress Analysis and related disciplines, with emphasis on Damage Tolerance Analysis and cross-functional collaboration across locations and partners.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective written and verbal communication, and the ability to mentor junior engineers while delivering under high-pressure timelines.

Qualifications

• 9–12 years of strong experience in Stress Analysis.
• Damage Tolerance Analysis (DTA) experience is mandatory and highly preferred.
• Experience in Stress Liaison & Concession Analysis for production non-conformances.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple products, locations, and external partners.
• Ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of technical reports and proposals.
• Proficiency in English and MS Office tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work successfully in high-pressure, time-constrained environments.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers and partners to achieve project and departmental objectives.
