We are looking forpassionate and skilled Application Engineers in Structural Simulation to joinour growing technical team. In this role, you will apply your expertise in structuralmechanics and multiphysics simulations using ANSYS tools to help customerssolve real-world engineering challenges. You will contribute to technicalengagements, presales activities, and customer training that drive successfulsimulation adoption and measurable value creation.
KeyResponsibilities
- Delivertechnical expertise in structural simulations using ANSYS Mechanical andrelated tools.
- Supportpresales activities by participating in technical discovery, productdemonstrations, and evaluations.
- Engagewith customers to understand design workflows, identify simulationopportunities, and articulate the value of ANSYS solutions.
- Providehigh-quality technical support, ensuring timely and effective resolution ofcustomer issues.
- Conducttraining sessions and workshops to help customers enhance their simulationskills and tool utilization.
- Developand document simulation best practices, FAQs, and technical knowledge assetsfor internal and customer use.
- Collaboratewith CADFEM’s Go-To-Market (GTM) and technical teams to ensure successfulcustomer outcomes and satisfaction.
- Stayupdated on advanced structural technologies and multiphysics capabilities toexpand technical depth.
Requirements
- Master’s degree inMechanical, Automobile or related engineering disciplines.
- 3–8 years ofexperience in structural analysis or simulation-based product development
- Strong fundamentalsin solid mechanics, strength of materials, dynamics and finite element methods.
- Hands-on experiencewith ANSYS Mechanical (or equivalent commercial FEA tools).
- Exposureto advanced topics such as nonlinear analysis, fatigue, composites, oroptimization is preferred
- Basic scripting knowledge(Python, APDL) or automation exposure is an advantage.
- Excellentpresentation, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative,self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning.
- Willingness totravel domestically up to 25–30%.
