Job summary

MetricsNumero seeks an Aerostructure Analysis Lead/Manager in Bengaluru to lead structural analysis for aircraft primary and secondary structures. You will manage a team of structural analysts, drive analysis deliverables, and coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams for certification and program execution.

The role requires 10–20 years of experience in metallic/composite structures, fatigue and damage tolerance analysis, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience leading structural analysis of aircraft metallic/composite structures.
• Strong ability to develop and validate FEM models and substantiation reports.
• Familiarity with FAA/EASA certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural analysis activities for metallic and composite aircraft structures.
• Perform and review static stress, fatigue, buckling, and dynamic analysis.
• Develop/validate FE models using MSC Nastran, HyperMesh, Abaqus.
• Prepare stress substantiation reports and certification documentation.
• Ensure analyses meet certification requirements.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of structural analysts.
• Allocate tasks, monitor project milestones, and ensure timely deliverables.
• Conduct technical reviews and resolve complex structural engineering challenges.
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, certification, and program management teams.
• Support customer discussions and technical review meetings.
• Drive process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
• Perform resource planning and project estimation activities.
