Job summary

N Consulting Limited is seeking a Stress Analysis Engineer in Vadodara with 7-10 years of experience in mechanical piping design. The candidate will perform CAESAR II based stress analysis, assess piping flexibility and thermal expansion, and ensure compliance with ASME codes.

Responsibilities include interpreting stress results, preparing Pipe Stress Reports, reviewing 3D models for supports, and mentoring junior engineers. Experience with boiler/tower projects is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Design or related field.
• Hands-on experience in Piping Stress Analysis using CAESAR II.
• Strong knowledge of piping flexibility and thermal expansion.
• Experience in ASME B31.1 and/or B31.3 codes.
• Experience in pipe support and spring hanger design.
• Ability to interpret stress results and recommend design changes.
• Experience in Pipe Stress Reports and calculations.
• Mentoring/team leadership experience preferred.

We are urgently hiring Stress Analysis Engineer – CAESAR || Experience: 7-10 Years Work Location: Vadodara

Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Design or related field
• Hands-on experience in Piping Stress Analysis using CAESAR II.
• Strong knowledge of piping flexibility, thermal expansion, sustained and occasional load analysis.
• Experience in static and dynamic stress analysis of piping systems.
• Sound knowledge of ASME B31.1 and/or ASME B31.3 codes.
• Must have experience in pipe support and spring hanger selection/design.
• Ability to interpret stress results and recommend design modifications.
• Experience in preparation of Pipe Stress Reports and supporting calculations.
• Assist assigned engineers & designers in resolution of technical engineering & design challenges
• Preferred experience in Super Critical Boilers of Thermal Power Plant.
• Experience in reviewing 3D piping models for support and stress requirements.
• Familiarity with critical piping systems and high-temperature piping applications.
• Strong attention to detail with quality and accuracy mindset.
• Good communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to lead/mentor team members.
