Job summary

N Consulting Limited is hiring a Pipe Stress Analyst to perform pipe stress analysis per applicable codes and standards, with CAESAR II expertise. You will finalize design criteria, analyse critical piping, and coordinate with multi-discipline teams.

The role involves creating stress reports, preparing pipe support data, and interfacing with customers and vendors to approve documents and drawings. Experience in super critical power boilers is preferred.

Qualifications

• Perform pipe stress analysis per applicable codes & standards.
• Ability to prepare pipe stress reports for internal & external customers.
• Finalization of stress analysis design criteria documents.

Responsibilities

• Stress Analysis of various piping systems including critical piping (Main Steam, CRH, HRH, HP Bypass & LP Bypass).
• Piping Support and hanger engineering of boiler auxiliary piping including critical piping.
• Pipe support load data for foundation and structure design.
• Preparation of pipe support/hanger data sheet for vendor bought out.
• Customer coordination for document/drawing approval.
• Vendor coordination for pipe support/hanger engineering.
• Assist assigned engineers & designers in resolution of technical engineering & design challenges.
• Participate in design review meetings and provide technical input.

• Finalization of stress analysis design criteria documents
