Job summary

Mantra Care in Delhi is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate to help drive growth by shaping strategic initiatives and optimizing cross-team processes. You will analyze workflows and contribute to improving efficiency across the organization.

In this role you’ll prepare KPI reports, partner with leadership to translate insights into action, and help ensure scalable operations that support global wellness solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in strategy or operations roles.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
