Qualifications

• CA/MBA in finance or equivalent is preferred.
• 3+ years in highly analytical environments such as top management consulting or corporate strategy.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop project strategies and provide key insights for product development.
• Assist senior management with decision-making, bid management, and project oversight.
• Manage project cash flows, track collections, and allocate funds effectively.
• Prepare the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and cash flow statements; monitor project targets as per the AOP.
• Establish and ensure success criteria for projects, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
• Monitor project timelines and costs to achieve committed profit margins and ensure timely completion.
• Implement cost optimization strategies, suggest cost control measures, and focus on value engineering, waste reduction, and productivity improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project strategies and provide key insights for product development.

Qualification And Experience

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proven experience in managing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to create compelling presentations.
