• Assisting the Management with inputs and data required for making strategic decisions.
• Conducting Market Research and Competition Monitoring.
• Preparation of Strategic Business Plans & Annual Budgets, Budget Monitoring, Budget Control & Variance.
• Monitoring and Driving strategy initiatives from Management’s Office including change management, Asset in and Asset Out transactions.
• Corporate functions and interactions with operating businesses to enable effective co-ordination of various activities and provide relevant information and assistance to the management.
• Analyzing and understanding the economic and business environment.
• Coordinating from Planning to managing development works from start to project completion.
• Operational Support & Strong Organizational Skill.
• Business Development and project feasibility analysis of new projects considering key parameters like P&L and Cash-Flow analysis. Deal Structuring and Deal Closure Support.
• Competitor Analysis, Demand Supply Analysis from a Micro and Macro Economic Perspective.
• Spearhead executive strategic coordination across functional teams (procurement, finance, operations, project delivery, Sales, Marketing, Business Development) — aligning execution with Management-level priorities and ensuring governance compliance.
• Preparation of Sales Plan and Strategy in alignment with the Business Plan and Strategy.
• Conducting Site Visits with Financial Investors, Stake Holders and Bankers.
• Promoting of projects to potential buyers by highlighting the positives.
