We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, manage the finance team, and ensure the organization's financial health. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, P&L management, statutory compliance, taxation, cash flow management, and financial reporting. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to support business growth through sound financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall finance and accounting functions of the organization.
- Prepare, review, and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Ensure effective cash flow management and working capital optimisation.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
- Own and monitor the company's Profit & Loss (P&L).
- Analyse revenue, expenses, margins, and profitability.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial performance.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Conduct financial modelling and business forecasting.
- Monitor key financial KPIs and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare variance analysis comparing actuals against budgets and forecasts.
- Support strategic business planning and investment decisions.
Compliance & Taxation
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and financial reporting requirements.
- Manage direct and indirect tax compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, VAT, etc., as applicable).
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead internal and external audit processes.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Establish financial controls and standard operating procedures.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with business leaders to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Prepare management reports and presentations for leadership.
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and external consultants.
- Develop and maintain strong internal financial controls.
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
Preferred Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Experience managing a finance team.
- Experience handling end-to-end finance operations.
- Exposure to multinational or corporate environments is preferred.
