Job summary

Cyient in India is seeking a Program Management & Strategy leader to drive the end-to-end strategy and growth agenda for the Utilities & Spatial Intelligence BU. You will partner with BU leadership to align business planning, GTM, and cross-functional execution.

You will oversee revenue budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking across revenue, margin, order intake, and other key metrics, while developing executive narratives and strategic frameworks to guide leadership decisions and

• Lead the end-to-end strategy and growth agenda for the Utilities & Spatial Intelligence BU, driving business planning, GTM and cross-functional execution in partnership with BU leadership.
• Drive revenue budgeting, periodic forecasting and performance tracking across revenue, margin, order intake and other key business metrics.
• Develop executive narratives, market insights and strategic frameworks to support leadership decision-making and solution and market prioritization.
• Enable business visibility and operating-model effectiveness through structured governance and leadership reviews.
• Partner with sales and delivery teams to drive account growth, delivery-led mining and achievement of business targets
