Job summary

Blue Dart is seeking a PMO/Transformation lead in Mumbai to drive digital initiatives, oversee end-to-end project management and governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic programs.

You will prepare BRDs, coordinate UAT, identify automation opportunities, and benchmark performance to deliver efficiency gains. This role focuses on improving customer experience and operational excellence within a dynamic logistics environment.

• Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Drive end-to-end project management and PMO governance for strategic initiatives.
• Prepare BRDs and coordinate UAT.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement technology-driven solutions.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and present strategic insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Track project milestones, risks, and performance through PMO dashboards.
