Job summary

Kinnect in India is seeking an experienced Strategy/Planning professional to shape brand thinking across multiple accounts and serve as a sounding board for junior strategists and a key voice in creative discussions.

This role blends sharp thinking, structured storytelling, and intuitive problem-solving, with mentorship of junior strategists and guidance for client conversations. You’ll contribute to thought leadership and internal training initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in strategy/planning across brand, digital, or creative agencies.
• Gen AI tools proficiency is an advantage for trend analysis, insight mining, and presentation enhancement.
• Deep understanding of brand constructs, consumer behaviour, and media ecosystems.
• Confident client communicator with storytelling and deck-building skills.
• Strong leadership presence in internal and external discussions.
• Ability to break down complex problems and frame clear solutions.
• Collaborative, approachable, and always curious.
