• Escalate critical issues to senior leadership when required.
• Support the team with additional projects and operational initiatives.

You’ll get hands‑on exposure to real operational challenges, stakeholder management, and escalation handling while working closely with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Following up with centers for return of operational assets like pallets, cages, etc.
• Tracking pending returns and ensuring timely closures
• Managing daily follow‑ups and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Escalating critical issues to senior leadership (Director/Senior Director level) when required
• Supporting the team with additional projects and operational initiatives
