Job summary

Keystone Realtors is seeking a capable professional to support the Project CEO with business analysis, planning, and meeting briefings. You will coordinate with departments to gather inputs and prepare MOMs, ensuring timely follow-ups.

The role involves preparing MIS dashboards, tracking project progress, and assisting senior leaders in analyzing trends and delivering presentations and project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Business analysis, reviews and planning along with the Project CEO
• Making all preparations and briefing etc before the meetings and calls.
• Working on/ following up with various departments on strategic business planning inputs for the planning process.
• Accompanying the Project CEO during all important meetings and preparing the MOM, keeping track of important points discussed and follow-ups before the review meetings.
• Creation and follow ups on important initiatives as identified from time to time.
• Going through and vetting various documents related to project management & projects execution.
• Coordinating with the Senior Leaders for information and action.
• Analyzing internal data, reviewing environmental & industry trends - highlight issues of concern and recommend appropriate measures.

• Managing special projects, developing project deliverables (presentations, status updates, etc)
