Job summary

NIIT in Gurgaon, Haryana is seeking an experienced Senior Sourcing Specialist to join our procurement team. You will own international supplier relationships, lead cost-saving initiatives and manage end-to-end sourcing processes across Europe, USA, APAC and other regions.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in sourcing/procurement, strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and experience in training industry is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of overall experience with at least 4 years in Sourcing/Procurement/Commercial Management.
• Strong experience in international/global sourcing.
• Excellent commercial negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Experience in Learning/Training industry is a strong advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with market analysis and supplier benchmarking.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office and CRM tools.
• Graduate or Postgraduate; MBA/B.Tech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own customer requirements and identify the best training suppliers globally across Europe, USA, APAC and other regions.
• Manage the complete sourcing and procurement cycle, including RFI/RFP/RFQ, supplier evaluation, negotiation, contracting and delivery.
• Drive cost savings, supplier rationalization and continuous improvement.
• Conduct market analysis, benchmarking and supplier quality assessments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global training suppliers.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Vendor Management and other cross-functional teams.
• Manage training logistics and end-to-end administration through LMS/CRM platforms.
• Support Face-to-Face, Virtual and E-learning training requirements.
• Manage supplier governance and ensure timely delivery within agreed SLAs.
• Work effectively across different global time zones and international markets.
