NIIT is seeking a Sr. Strategic Consultant - Sourcing to support global client projects from Gurugram. You will lead end-to-end sourcing for training services across regions and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes strategic supplier selection, deal negotiation, and governance to optimize costs. The ideal candidate will hold an MBA or related bachelor’s degree and be proficient with MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Familiar with RFI/RFP/RFQ processes and deals.

NIIT is looking for “Sr. Strategic Consultant -Sourcing” for a Global Client project.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and attend client meetings
• Own customer requests and source the best training supplier in the market globally at customer locations (Europe, USA, APAC etc.) or any time zones.
• Manage the sourcing deals, contracts, delivery and quality for a complete procurement cycle, ensuring on time delivery with the suppliers
• Develop and deliver cost savings
• Supplier Rationalization and relationship management
• Required to coordinate with cross-functional teams, organize and manage the training events.
• Manage end-to-end training administration through learning management software used by customers within agreed service levels.
• Comprehend customer's requirements with a solutioning mindset and provide best recommendation
• Drive sourcing from market or drive design and development through training partners basis the customer's need
• Source best training suppliers in the market based on customer’s requirement of Face-to-Face, Virtual and E-learning based training, using different sourcing tools & techniques like E-sourcing, Market analysis etc
• Run Request for Information / Request for Proposal / Request for Quote process for global customers.
• Negotiate on the proposals from training partners to provide customers with the most competitive pricing in the market
• Create standard bid summary and manage and document all the customer training requests on the tools used to manage customer relationship
• Provide customers with information on course offerings and products
• Correspond with customer and training partners for all training delivery related communications like dates and venue finalizing, registering the learner to training etc.
• Convene periodic governance review calls with training partners and maintain a good working relationship with partners

Qualifications

• Post Graduate / Graduate, MBA / Bachelors in Technology preferred.
• Proficient in Computer (MS Office, MS Excel and CRM tools).
