Quess Corp Limited presents a procurement opportunity in Coimbatore with relocation to Mumbai; open to 30-day notice period. The role requires 3+ to 11 years of sourcing and procurement experience and hands-on experience in managing RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, supplier assessments, and negotiations.

Five days office work and cross-location collaboration are expected. Candidate should demonstrate strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management across NA & EMEA regions, with attention

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 to 8years of relevant sourcing & procurement experience.
• Develop and manage the RFX process across categories, including the preparation and distribution of RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs. Lead the supplier evaluation process, including conducting supplier assessments, evaluating scorecards/proposals, and analyzing supplier capabilities and make recommendations based on defined criteria, negotiate contracts with new vendor and manage supplier relationships
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication–written and verbal. Effective influencer who can make persuasive arguments and has worked with stakeholders and suppliers from NA & EMEA region.
• Prior experience in a client facing role is necessary, should have an eye to detail to be able to work towards increasing efficiency.
• Team player, high motivation, positive, can-do attitude, flexibility and adaptable to changing situations.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier evaluation and selection processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance & risk management

Responsabilidades

• Lead the supplier evaluation process, including conducting supplier assessments, evaluating scorecards/proposals, and analyzing supplier capabilities and make recommendations based on defined criteria.
• Negotiate contracts with new vendors and manage supplier relationships across NA & EMEA regions.
• Develop and manage the RFX process across categories, including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve procurement efficiency and drive cost savings across categories.
