Accenture Bengaluru is seeking a Payroll Operations Associate to manage end-to-end payroll processing for India, ensure statutory compliance, and handle tax and social security contributions. The role requires strong accuracy, attention to detail, and collaboration with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll queries.

The ideal candidate holds a commerce/finance degree, with 3 years of F&F experience preferred, and a solid understanding of India payroll regulations.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, accounting, business administration, or related field
• 3 years’ experience in Full & Final Settlement (F&F) processing for India payroll
• Proficient in end-to-end F&F lifecycle: exit inputs, validations, payouts
• Knowledge about compensation components affecting F&F calculations
• Strong grasp of statutory compliance during separation: PF, ESI, PT, LWF
• Adept at gratuity eligibility, calculation, and payment timelines
• Experienced with tax implications on F&F payouts, including TDS
• Updated on latest tax rules and labor law changes affecting exits
• Focused on accurate reconciliation and audit readiness
• Effective communicator with HR, Finance, and employees
• Maintains confidentiality and ensures compliance handling sensitive payroll data

Additional Information

• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in commerce or a related field, along with good knowledge and experience in Payroll processing.
