Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Senior Developer to design, develop, and enhance Strategic Portfolio Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will enable enterprise portfolio visibility, demand management, project and agile planning, resource management, and financial tracking to support strategic decision‑making.

The role requires 5–10+ years of ServiceNow development experience with strong SPM/PPM expertise, JavaScript, Glide APIs, and REST/SOAP

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM / PPM modules.
• Expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Strong understanding of Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Agile Development / SAFe framework.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, Flow Designer, and Glide APIs.
• Knowledge of data modeling and ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Experience building reports and dashboards using Performance Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow SPM solutions across demand management, PPM, agile planning, resource and financial management.
• Configure forms, workflows, business rules, and UI policies; maintain scripts and scheduled jobs.
• Build and optimize dashboards and analytics; ensure portfolio visibility and data accuracy.
• Integrate SPM with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and external financial systems; support SAFe planning and upgrades.
• Collaborate with PMOs, architects, and stakeholders to govern SPM deployments and resolve issues.

• Ensure data accuracy in project, resource, and financial tracking modules.

• Troubleshoot and resolve SPM configuration and performance issues.
• Participate in platform upgrades and ensure compatibility of SPM customizations.
• Follow ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Preferred

ITIL Foundation Certification – Preferred

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM / PPM – Highly Preferred
