You will enable enterprise portfolio visibility, manage demand, and support agile planning, resources, and financial tracking to drive strategic decisions in Hyderabad. Collaboration with PMOs and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Participate in platform upgrades and ensure compatibility of SPM customizations.
• Follow ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Preferred
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Preferred
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM / PPM – Highly Preferred
• ITIL Foundation Certification – Preferred
