Joblet-AI is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Planning Analyst to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will shape operations, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver results within your functional area, blending big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.

You will own complex projects, analyze workflows for major improvements, and serve as a trusted advisor across functions while resolving escalations and bottlenecks in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working in a fully remote, distributed environment.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of helpdesk, ticketing, or CRM software.
