Codilar Technologies Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a Strategic Partnerships & Vendor Manager with 5–8 years of vendor management and partnership experience in staffing, to lead IT staffing collaborations with technology partners.

You will identify and onboard vendors, set SLAs and scorecards, run monthly and quarterly reviews, be the primary contact for partners, and coordinate resource allocation with our Resource Management team to ensure high‑quality placements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in vendor management, partnership development or business alliances.
• Proven record of onboarding new vendors or partners.
• Understanding of IT staffing, consulting or tech services.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and SLA tracking skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools and vendor management systems.
