Job Description

Key Result Areas and Supporting Actions:

• Secure Business Targets: Building and targeting a significant book growth that aligns with the mission and goals of the organization
• Build Diverse Partnerships: Continuously scout for building transactions with players in the market by leveraging NBFC/ HFC relations and external consultants; Build different models across partners in the market basis their needs and offer market agnostic solutions
• Data Management and Analysis: Collect data from various sources and conduct primary analysis through various business models
• Stakeholder Management: Perform query resolution; interact with both external and internal stakeholders spanning verticals and ensure seamless coordination and fluidity in the workflow
• Project Management: Draft/Review battle critical documents; create proposal documents (presentations, CAMs, P&L statements, etc.) for senior management committee meetings for approvals; ensure system stabilization is achieved with all new partnerships onboarded by aligning with IT teams
• Co-lending Partnerships and Portfolio Sell-downs (standard and NPA): Coordinate with operations and product team to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing for all deals in the system - Carry out monthly activity along with Central MIS team on updating amorts/cashflows on the system for transactions with undefined payment schedules, using programming tools like VBA Macros
• Track the onboarded portfolios to avoid lags and manage the risk of default - closely tracking delinquent accounts and their recovery mechanisms
