The Corporate Institute is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our global finance operations from Pune. This role requires 10+ years in finance within IT services/technology, with strong FP&A, budgeting, and multi-entity consolidation experience.

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and month-end close, while developing the finance team and driving process improvements. The position supports growth across global markets with IT services exposure and advanced Excel/ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance & accounting experience, IT services preferred.
• Experience managing global multi-entity finance operations.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with project accounting and revenue recognition.
• Knowledge of internal controls, audit, and working capital.
• Advanced Excel; experience with ERP/financial systems.
• Experience with Power BI/reporting automation is a plus.
• CA/CPA/CMA/ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, preferably in IT Services or Technology.
• Proven experience managing global/multi-entity finance operations.
• Strong experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash-flow management.
• Experience with project accounting, revenue recognition, profitability/margin analysis, and multi-entity consolidation.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, audit, compliance, and working-capital management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP/financial management systems.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus; Power BI/reporting automation experience is an advantage.
• Proven team leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
• CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
