Job summary

Stratacent is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead global finance operations for its IT services business in Pune. You will manage the finance team across geographies, oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and month-end close, and ensure strong controls.

The role requires 10+ years in finance, CA/CPA preferred, and hands-on FP&A, revenue recognition, and multi-entity consolidation. You will partner with senior leadership to drive profitability and strategic decisions, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, preferably in IT Services or Technology.
• Proven experience managing global/multi-entity finance operations.
• Strong experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash-flow management.
• Experience with project accounting, revenue recognition, profitability/margin analysis, and multi-entity consolidation.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, audit, compliance, and working-capital management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ERP/financial management systems experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus; Power BI/reporting automation experience is an advantage.
• Proven team leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
• CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our global finance operations and manage our existing finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT Services, Technology and be capable of combining strong financial management with business-focused decision-making.
