The ideal candidate holds a Diploma and has 3–6 years of experience in water treatment (WTP/ETP/STP). The position requires hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and training of operators for educational demonstrations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations of pilot plant and full-scale plant within set parameters.
• Assist in running table-top water treatment models for demonstration and training purposes.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of the plant.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and repair basic mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues within the plant.
• Support team members in operating and troubleshooting table-top model and pilot plants.
• Assist in training of new operators and customers using the table-top model and pilot plants for educational and demonstration purposes.
• Collect and analyze water samples to ensure treatment processes meet regulatory and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of water quality data, operational logs, and maintenance activities.
• Adhere to safety, health and environmental protocols and ensure compliance with local and national regulations related to water treatment and plant operations.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records and reports on plant operations, maintenance activities, and water quality.
