Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software is highly valued.

Experience working with electronics products—especially those requiring static control and damage prevention—is advantageous. Familiarity with industry regulations and audit procedures, including FACE (Factory Acceptance Certification & Audit) processes, is required. Experience with various warehouse layouts and technologies, such as automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS), is also beneficial.

  2. Logistics Coordination: Ensure seamless operations within receiving, picking, packing, and shipping to facilitate quick movement of goods and minimize delays.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead hiring, training, and management of staff; delegate duties and cultivate a culture of teamwork and accountability.
  4. Safety and Compliance: Monitor safety compliance with regulations, create and implement protocols to maintain safety, and educate warehouse personnel about safety culture.
  5. Technology Integration: Implement new technologies, integrate advanced operating systems such as WMS, QR Code/RFID scanning, and automation devices/robotics to improve process oversight, track inventory, and accelerate productivity.
  6. Customer Service: Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure correct and timely delivery of all ordered products, address queries, and resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
