Job summary

OM SAI FIRE SYSTEM in India is seeking a material coordinator to handle receipt of materials, perform basic quality and quantity checks, and liaise with the purchase department on shortfalls. This role supports project teams by shifting materials within projects and coordinating with transporters for timely deliveries.

You will forward delivery challans to the department head, verify invoices against delivery challans and enter records into Tally ERP.

Responsibilities

• Receive material and do basic quality & quantity check.
• Communicate with the purchase department about any shortfall of material.
• Forward the material Delivery Challan to department head for further process.
• Check the material Invoices against DC and make entries in Tally ERP.
• Coordinate with Project department and do the material shifting within projects as per requirement.
• Do the coordination with transporters for delivery of material.
• Load material in vehicle as per requirement.
